Capital Hill Block Party announces their 2017 partial lineup

Monday 13th, March 2017 / 15:00
By: Vanessa Tam

Take a cool two hour drive down to Seattle, Washington this July and you just might find yourself smack dab in the middle of the much loved Capitol Hill Block Party.

Celebrating it’s 21st year, the block party is set to take place July 21 to 23 and will be hosting a curated mix of hip hop, indie and electronic artists including Diplo, Run The Jewels, Thundercat and Lord Huron.

“It’s an honor to have Run The Jewels and Diplo return to the festival, and we welcome Lord Huron for the first time,” said Capitol Hill Block Party Owner and Producer Jason Lajeunesse.  “We are showcasing so many fantastic artists this year to ring in our 21st anniversary. Run The Jewels dropped an incredible record last month, and as a fan of Killer Mike’s political voice, he couldn’t be performing at a better time for our community.”

Three day passes are now available for $135, VIP passes are $300 and single day passes can be picked up for just $60 a pop.

For a complete lineup and more ticketing info check out the Capitol Hill Block Party website.
